Service Fulfillment

We offer a range of services including but not limited to:

• Nutrition consultations (virtual)

• Personalized meal plans

• Nutrition coaching packages

• Educational programs, courses, or digital downloads

Booking & Delivery of Services

• Virtual Consultations & Sessions:
  Upon purchase, your Coach will discuss time to receive program purchased (usually within 24-48 business hours)

• Digital Products (Meal Plans, Courses, etc.):
  Digital downloads and online course materials will be delivered via email or made available in your client portal immediately after purchase or within 24 hours.

Processing Time

• All services are processed during regular business hours:
  [Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST]

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

• You may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice using the link provided in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of that session, per our cancellation policy.

 

No Refunds Policy

• All consultations, services, digital programs, and health plans are non-refundable once purchased.

• We do not offer refunds for missed appointments, dissatisfaction with services, or changes in personal circumstances.

• Payments for multi-session packages or memberships are non-refundable once the program has begun.

 

Technical Issues (Digital Products)

If you experience any issues accessing your digital product or program, please contact us at Trina@ateamhealthandperformance.net within 48 hours of purchase. We are happy to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
